1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using RoomVision (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
RoomVision provides AI-powered interior design services. Users can upload photographs of rooms and receive AI-generated design recommendations and visualizations.
3. Subscription Terms
Free Tier: 3 designs per account
Pro Subscription Options:
- Monthly: $14.99 per month
- 6-Month: $44.99 every 6 months
Subscription Details:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Cancel anytime through iOS Settings → Subscriptions
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- No refunds for partial subscription periods, per Apple's standard policy
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
4. User Accounts
- You must create an account to use design generation features
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One account per person
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Upload only photos you own or have permission to use
- Not upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the service
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
6. Intellectual Property
- Original photos you upload remain your property
- AI-generated designs are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use
- RoomVision retains all rights to the AI technology and service
- You may not resell or commercially redistribute generated designs without written permission
7. Privacy
Your use of RoomVision is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
- Refund requests are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy
9. Account Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings in the App
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- All designs, data, and account information will be permanently deleted
- Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through iOS Settings
10. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
11. Limitation of Liability
RoomVision is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
- Errors or inaccuracies in generated designs
- Loss of data or designs
- Service interruptions or unavailability
- Any decisions made based on AI-generated designs
AI-generated designs are suggestions only and should not replace professional interior design or architectural advice.
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
