How many free designs do I get?
You get 3 free designs when you sign up. After that, you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited designs.
How long does it take to generate a design?
Most designs are generated in 30-60 seconds, depending on the complexity of your room and chosen style.
Can I refine my design after it's generated?
Yes! After a design is generated, you can tap "Refine Design" and describe changes like "add more plants" or "make the walls darker."
What's included in Pro?
Pro includes unlimited room designs, unlimited refinements, priority generation, and access to all design styles.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to the Pro tab in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find RoomVision, and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at the email below and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
